Avantages

Good work/life balance; employees all basically left at 4 or 5.

Inconvénients

Lack of clear objectives. Too many things that needed to be improved...everyone struggled but there was not time or attention on fixing it all.

Avantages

You can listen to music while you work. No customer service is nice. If you're any kind of high functioning autistic this is probably a great job for you since it's a lot of solo work involving accuracy with numbers.

Inconvénients

This is a great job if you're a bootlicker and don't like to rock the boat. People would listen to offensive music at high volume. At least 3 people blasted religious sermons on a regular basis. One employee sang literally all day in a whiny voice to music like Celine Dion and Shakira. There were safety hazards that weren't being adequately dealt with. Management doesn't want employees to fraternize or do anything but work, yet expects them to act as a team when they don't know each other at all, and people quit left and right because the pay is too low. They use a lot of temp labor. Training is low quality, and when people make mistakes it's assumed it's because they're lazy or stupid (I heard packers berating employees behind their backs several times) and nobody teaches them how to correct the problems.
