      Avantages

      I do feel that the company cares about the employees. I've never had an interaction with HR or my supervisors in which I felt like they didn't care about me. Sometimes the interaction could be very sterile, very corporate.

      Inconvénients

      It has felt like they struggle to have enough portfolio managers to handle all of the properties they manage. There were times when it was clear my supervisor was overwhelmed.

      I enjoy the residents and relationships I build onsite, and my supervisor has always been supportive

      Inconvénients

      The benefits are not as good as they could be but still decent
