Avantages
One or the things that has stood out the most for me is the quality of people at the office. The recruitment has been excellent as far as choosing great people who make going to work more fun and are overall a pleasure to work with. starting with the global community strategy manager who is as approachable and willing to take and give feedback as you can hope in a boss. She always makes time to hear what you have to say regardless of how busy she is. The structure is so flat that it makes it easy to communicate and get along with people from the different teams and roles.
Inconvénients
As a startup things change extremely fast, although I personally don't think this is a con, some people might find it hard to grasp things changing so fast.
