Avantages

ByteCubed is a great place to work because of the culture. There is a real sense of team work and appreciation for innovation and creativity. ByteCubed is a fairly new company but continues to see steady growth and success each and every day. The non traditional approach trickles down to every person on the team and allows you the space to be creative in your work. ByteCubed does not have a traditional hierarchy either which also contributes to more successful collaboration and team work among the employees. ByteCubed also goes over and beyond to provide great benefits and fun working environment for employees.

Inconvénients

There really aren't any major cons to working at ByteCubed. Since the company is fairly new, there were a few growing pains when getting started. However, the leadership goes out of their way to solve any issues an employee might be having and as soon as possible.

* High Turnover Rate Of Talented Key Employees (Over the past year there has been very high turnover rate of key employees with the introduction of our new CTO) * It doesn't matter how great the company is, if the leadership is toxic then it will make for a toxic workplace. Leadership is very one sided and not very personable, to be more specific the CTO. which overseas the entire tech team. Instead of instilling confidence and inspiring employees to do better and achieve more, the CTO instills fear and leads through intimidation, is constantly displeased which leaves employees with the fear of losing their jobs and or being written up. Pair that with a mixed bag of conflicting priorities and things can get very stressful very fast. * What are performance reviews? doesn't seem to exist here, at least not taken seriously at all and during the review process it seems very one sided as everything that you have done or are doing is not taken into consideration. * Projects are short-staffed
