      close to home, you help the people within the community, casual work attire

      Inconvénients

      very little opportunity to grow within the organization, organization doesn't try to keep a continuous flow of grants so that employees can get better pay, and a lot of petty stuff though out company

      Management is like a high school clique. No room for suggestions. Any question is taken as an attack on program
