      job Security is a joke. No work culture, no management and worst company policies

      company don't pay salaries to employees Working hours are not fixed they ask to work extra without getting paid, No fix salary plus no week-off they don't give holiday even in national holidays. t too many people join and leave the company. they do not care about their employees, they just want business otherwise they can terminate anytime. They even dont pay you your Ctc amount as a salary. worst experience Do not waste your Valuable time here.

Most of my customers experience with this company revealed a disturbing pattern of false promises, hidden fees, and a complete lack of integrity. From misleading advertising to unresponsive customer service, every interaction with FAIQ ZISHAN (MD) was a testament to their fraudulent practices. Despite initial assurances, the reality of their service fell far short of expectations, leaving me with not only a sense of betrayal but also a significant financial setback. It is paramount that potential customers exercise extreme caution and skepticism when considering any engagement with BUILDFLIC. The web of deceit woven by this company is not only detrimental to individual customers but undermines the trust that is essential for a healthy marketplace.
