      Stable company with strong roots. Room to advance within the company if you show initiative and drive. Great office atmosphere with a lot of long term employees that treat each other like family. No micro management

      Inconvénients

      Out dated computer program- Out dated processes / zero automation No CRM system / order management software Upper management doesn't communicate company goals or local goal and successes. No cohesiveness between departments
