Avantages
I get to work with people I would like to hang out with on the weekends. From a sales standpoint, we add real measurable value to our customers. This allows me to have executive level financial conversations with prospects and not talk in hypotheticals. Additionally BuildFax has one of the more collaborative teams I've been on.
Inconvénients
Our customers see a lot of different things they could do with the products. You have to keep them focused. There is also still a small bit of "build it as we fly" going on in terms of sales process. That said, if you're someone who likes to put their mark on something it can be a positive.
