Excellent work environment and culture: A close-knit, supportive, and always pleasant team to work with. Flexibility: Working entirely remotely from various places enables greater flexibility. In my case working from home also enables me to be more productive. Working from a co-working space along with some colleagues is also an option. Inspiring vision of our product's impact: Our vision is to ensure a safer work environment for heavy industrial environments. Knowing that you can help people through your work is very important. Knowledge growth: Since it's a start-up there are many opportunities to encounter/learn new things and grow in every direction which is interesting for the employer but also valuable for the company.
Inconvénients
The only downside I can mention is the unsatisfying salary.
