      Broadcom has a long history of success and they've been around for a while. The CEO is generally heralded as intelligent and efficient. They've acquired many companies.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is strongly against working from home. He is against hiring junior engineers. He said he prefers that other companies train engineers before he hires them so he has no reason to hire new grads or interns.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
