      Great pay. Not much culture. No nonsense company. Not bad work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Not much opportunity to work from home. Not a fan of "unlimited" PTO as it's very manager dependent.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
