Avantages
Broadcom provides career opportunities working in cutting edge technologies across a broad spectrum of communication channels. This includes Ethernet, SATA, PCIe, wireless, 60G wireless and a variety of others.
Inconvénients
Broadcom has evolved from a hungry startup to a more stable medium sized company. This has led to a management evolution from being very aggressive to being much more passive in going after opportunities. Furthermore, even though Broadcom pays quite well and the work is interesting, management actions leaves many feeling like they are being nickled and dimed on minor things... for instance office supplies are not easily available... Please note this is a minor gripe in the overall scheme of things.
