Avantages
environment is just like a startup. flexible in working hours. employee stock purchase plan is very good with a locking period of 2 years for the least rate. Lots of opportunities to move around as they are spread across multiple locations in US.
Inconvénients
There is no process. Things work like startup which sometimes attribute to poor quality. Management has no visibility on future and failed recently in cellular baseband business. No fixed number of vacation days. Though management says it is good for the employees, you dont accumulate any unused vacation and loose your rights.
