Avantages
Compensation is genuinely competitive, and total compensation has been strong overall. Stock appreciation has been a major upside, especially for longer-tenured employees, and can meaningfully boost TC over time. The people you work with day to day are another highlight. Many teammates are smart, collaborative, and supportive, which makes the work itself more enjoyable and helps offset some organizational challenges.
Inconvénients
