Avantages
I've read the other review and it is full of misinformation. Brightwork did have to lay off people because of a bad contract agreement, not made by Shannan but another leader, that resulted in a delayed payment that effected payroll. Shannan was the CEO and had a lot of balls in the air. She counted on her senior team to do their jobs competently. Unfortunately, this trust lead to Brightwork's unraveling. Employees did get laid off, but Shannan made sure each had a position by the next day. This was not done by the group's team leader, they resigned before having to deal with any of this. Not the way you should treat employees you claim to care about. At that point, Brightwork could have filed bankruptcy, but Shannan wanted to get everyone paid so she went forward, trying to sell Brightwork with the motivation to use the funds to pay the employees who didn't receive their last paycheck. These facts don't make for good, fiery posts however. There is a lot of misinformation being spread by just a couple of people, people that we're having their own difficulties in the company prior to this happening, so the anger spewed forth isn't too difficult to figure out. We have freedom of speech and anyone can say and post anything. It's always best to fact check, rather than just believing what someone says blindly. This is one of those cases.
