      Avantages

      Some great people there Great benefits (pension, health insurance etc)and good pay for the industry

      Inconvénients

      Big culture of micromanagement. Some newer managers in the finance team are downright rude and nasty, others see you as a personal call centre for all their minor issues. Culture of long hours and presenteeism, if you leave before 6pm you get daggers from certain people.

      Avantages

      Very supportive of their employees. They allowed and supported growth and development.

      Inconvénients

      Company sold to another, and most of the support positions did not transfer. No opportunities at new company.
