      Management is nurturing, compassionate, flexible and they are customer-centric with products & services. Compensation & MBO's are well defined and within market standards. Benefits are second to none.

      Inconvénients

      Sales are long, complicated; a lot of moving parts. Product development is complex and go to market strategy needs improvement. Middle size company so job opps are limited.

      Good bunch of people, really committed, excellent teamwork

      Inconvénients

      The product could use a refresh, but works well. Some new products aren't fully baked, but seems like so many companies do this. They are better than most.
