In my experience, the company's culture changed significantly after it became successful. i observed a management style that I felt relied heavily on unjustified criticism and assigning blame rather than constructive feedback. Several employees, including high-performing contributors, appeared to leave after conflicts with senior leadership including the CMO.
I felt concerns raised through HR were not addressed in a meaningful way and that employee perspectives were not given fair consideration during workplace disputes.
Advancement and performance evaluations often seemed influenced by interpersonal relationships and alignment with management styles rather than merit alone.
While the company states that it cares deeply about patients, I felt employee well-being received far less attention. The environment created significant streks and negatively affected morale. I would not recommend the company to individuals seeking a supportive workplace culture.
