      Avantages

      It was a great company to work for that had often implemented procedures and events to improve people skills, colleagues' relationships, and their hiring process.

      Inconvénients

      Too many things for a few people to distribute responsibilities.

      Avantages

      It's an excellent place for learning new things. Since I started working at Bravi, I've been working on projects with .NET, NodeJS, ReactNative and Xamarin. The structure is also good, where we have developers, leaders and owner of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Bravi is having some issues related to the Brazilian economy, but I hope it can get better soon.

      Avantages

      Nice place to grow as a professional. Give me an opportunity and I really appreciate that. The better part is the feedback policy, accepting and giving feedback!

      Inconvénients

      Best interactive programs, to connect with the coworkers. We already have the Bravi Talk, but we can have more.
