The culture at Boxout fosters an environment of caring and mutual respect. Everyone cares about the customer and strives to exceed expectations. Boxout provides many wellness resources including an onsite fitness center, sport court and walking path. They are passionate about giving back, and provide every employee with 16 paid charity hours to volunteer at a charity of their choice. The leadership program and various other employee led committees allow employees to get involved in causes and initiatives that matter to them. All of these things create a sense of belonging and purpose and make the workplace seem more like a community than a job. Great place to work!
