      I can't think of any pros

      Inconvénients

      They don't like to pay you for your extra time so better finish work on time even though that's often impossible and out of your control

      Avantages

      Remote work is allowed, eliminating the need for daily commuting.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive demands and pressure for high performance. Low pay compared to the workload and difficulty of the job. Poor management, with insufficient support for the team. Frequent interactions with angry customers, which can affect morale. Limited career growth opportunities.
