When Boundless Learning was separated from Pearson Online Learning Services, it has been nothing but incompetence and bad news. Immediately upon the announcement, employees were told that we are no longer going to get severance, we will no longer get retirement matching, we will be forced to return to an office, and that there were going to be reductions. Management tried to offset this by saying they have plans to improve our situation after our "get fit" phase, which occurred in August of 2023. After losing many key members of our teams to layoffs during that "get fit" phase, we were told the worst times were behind us and now is the time for growth. After my team scrambled to figure out a new workflow after losing some key members of our team, we were made aware that we were actually no longer out of the "get fit" phase and my whole team was let go as well. From the beginning management has promised that we were working on new deals and trying to find new partners. Instead, we have seen nothing but angry existing partners and no new business coming in.
