Boostlingo is the best start-up I've ever worked for. It's a company that cares about its employees and wants to support their team members. This type of environment encourages open communication and happy team members!
Inconvénients
Since it's a start-up there are still a lot of processes that are in the progress of being built. But that comes with all start u so you have to have some patience as things are building built.

Random assignment of inbound leads leaves some AEs starving, highly competitive market (with many competitors having an edge with pricing), and slow moving with product enhancements / roadmap items. No enterprise readiness but it was an initiative.
