Avantages

Support from everyone in the business - everyone here is friendly and approachable, I can ask anyone a question and they will help me out. As an apprentice you are assigned a mentor who will support you and help you with any queries or issues that you have. Flexible working hours which allows me to tailor my working hours to best fit me. Structured progression - there is a competency framework which details how to progress within your role. Personal development - we have an apprentice bay every week, where all of the apprentices get together to share what we have learnt and to learn new skills.

Inconvénients

Personally not a fan of the canteen food, however I am a bit fussy with food

Hi and thanks for your review and rating, it really is appreciated. I am so glad that your Apprenticeship is going so well it is great to hear as this is a career route that we are keen to grow and develop over the years ahead. I'm sorry you're not keen on the food but if you have a word with Kev, I know he is really keen to hear feedback to see what him and the team can do to get even better. 😄 Thanks again Ryan
