BonusXP is a fantastic place to work. The amount of time everyone takes to be both transparent in process, and accommodating to individual interest/passion has changed the course of my career in the best of ways. When I began working at BXP 6 years ago, I was originally hired as an Environment Artist and immediately enjoyed the amount of responsibility and ownership they allowed me to have over tasks. During the project I was working on, I began discovering an interest in VFX. After expressing that interest to the team, I was actually encouraged to start learning and exploring those skills. I'm now a full-time VFX and am super grateful to be on a path that I got to pursue on the job. This company is a mature group of super-talented people and is on track to do some big exciting things!
