Avantages
No pros at all to be honest. Like literally horrific experience and don't bother applying there as there are much better places out there

I don't even know where to start! I had an interview at Selfridges store in London with their assistant manager and I have to say the most unprofessional interview in my whole working career! Don't bother applying there because it's an absolute waste of time! They expect you to know the brand in so much depth as if you already work there. Absolute waste of time.
