      * Good teammates when it comes to the software development department. * Flexible work hours * Good leave policy * Good management

      Inconvénients

      * Nontransparent management making harsh decisions involving the layoff of employees who were hired a month ago. I mean why would you hire someone when you are facing a financial crunch, and make someone else life misery for a while by laying them off?

      Avantages
