Avantages
Working environment is fast paced but fun. Co-workers are extremely collaborative, and egos are left at the door (from technical staff up to CEO). Company is small, with a family feel, which makes it easier to push through some of the everyday challenges that are inherent to a Contract Research Organization. The exposure to different types of projects and the ability to provide critical data to clients moving drugs through development and into the clinic is truly satisfying.
Inconvénients
The benefits package could be better, and senior management is working on providing more perks to retain their employees.
