Avantages
Fun work environment. Always room to have a laugh with friends. Hard work is respected here. Laziness is not acceptable at this company. Come to work on time and ready to get your sweat on. Management quality differs depending upon the people you are under. Overall, every manager is great as long as you do your job to the best of your ability. Everyone here drives a company vehicle which is a plus. Gas is paid for. Plenty of overtime if you play your cards right. Quick turnover with upper management so there is almost always a promotional position available.
Inconvénients
Pay isn't incredible but also isn't horrible. Managers and salesman can take advantage of you by giving you more work that isn't in your job description. Office workers aren't friendly and are reluctant to help with anything that adds to their workload, like questions about paychecks or insurance. Hours can get long which isn't awful because you get overtime pay.
