Inconvénients

local loan officer specializes in bad credit customers. Typical customer takes over a year to become eligible after intense credit counseling. Bank hires and lays off staff repeatedly. 22 in last two years.

Avantages

It's really hard to think of something positive to say about Blue ridge Bank. At this point. There are some good teammates. The morale is so low. It's very difficult for all of them.

Inconvénients

From top to bottom badly run. Minimal training and what it is is kind of developed on the spot. No real structure to it. Commercial guys are just ordertakers. Upper management shows no care or no direction. Wages are extremely low. Expectations are high but without any goals set. Just being told they need more. Area managers are non-existent in the communities that they serve. Openness to communication. Poor products. Poor service. Poor attitude from Management.
