      Avantages

      Strong hand off start up like environment where all ideas are taken into account prior to implementation. You can learn alot from listening to conversations in the office.

      Inconvénients

      While you learn alot from listening, they do a poor job of instructing and teaching you. Much of the practices are DIY and require trial and error.

      Inconvénients

      - Management lacks good interpersonal communication skills - The internship program is very unorganized and lacks direction. - There are scheduling inconsistencies.
