Avantages
Above board company with high ethics. Generally a high level of transparency from leadership. Good alignment on metrics and OKRs across the org owing to an especially strong planning process. Willing to take calculated risks. Management is well connected within the ecosystem and positioned for success. Start up vibes with a high degree of employee buy-in to mission. Family culture - people become very close with their co-workers and friendships continue outside of work hours. High performance work culture with a fair degree of accountability. Lots of opportunities for motivated employees to take on additional responsibilities and grow careers. Strong product suite - probably the best in crypto asset management. Rock solid reputation within the crypto space and clear thought leader among peers. CEO leads from the front.
Inconvénients
One especially problematic executive (though he recently existed, so this shouldn't continue to be a problem/distraction going forward). As is typical in growth startups, work/life balance doesn't exist - be ready to be "all in" especially in the more senior roles.
