I've joined Bitpanda in November and couldn't be happier. I was positively surprised with the company culture where everyone works together, supports and helps each other. The top-down policies are employee-centered with a great focus on growth and development. It definitely is not a place for those who prefer a regular 9-5 job. It is a great environment for growth and honing on your skills and developing new ones. There is also a lot of communication from C-level and Pandas' feedback is taken into consideration. It's about the results not hours, so there is a lot of flexibility which is great especially for women.
