      No job Security Full of micromanagement even screen recording In 3 months if you are not preform, you will terminated. They don't need proper reason for termination. In Bitflow you never find old employees, who worked with long time with Bitflow

      Avantages

      It's a great team to work with and the leadership team is humble and grounded.

      Inconvénients

      I don't have any problem with the management so far. I have seen the worst of the time with the organization during the Covid-19 and how they took care of the employees and did not let anyone go while the big corporates were laying off people in masses.
