      Travel, meeting other like-minded staff in the crypto space.

      Inconvénients

      Work is constant, no downtime, on call 24/7, management structure has managers that have never managed a team. No exit interview on leaving, if you leave, you are pushed before you can work your notice period.

      Avantages

      It is a very innovative and challenging place to work, the people you work with are from very different backgrounds and have a lot to offer and learn from. Flexible schedules are a plus, everyone is responsible and accountable for their work, good pay.

      Inconvénients

      Not a con, but benefits such as budget for work equipment and health insurance will be great.
