Low to mid pay for the work that you are doing, and it seems to be getting lower as they higher more people. They'll say that they promote from within, however, they usually higher externally, and if you do get promoted from within, they'll only give you a small pay increase instead of one that matches the job. No training provided, you have to read their docs and figure it out on your own. If they don't like you, they put you onto the graveyard shift and forget about you. No proper support channels, it's all over the place. No team communication. Upper management thinks they can run support and ends up micromanaging to the point you'll want to quit.
