      I worked as a level designer at this indie game company, and I can honestly say it was one of the best work experiences I've had. The company truly values its players and employees. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking growth, creative, and supportive work environment. They truly care about their employees.

      The problems that can be encounter in any indie company is the Time/Budget for the team.

      After spending time at big corporations and unicorn startups, I truly felt at home at BitCake. The company offers a flexible environment with a strict no-crunch policy, and the people are fantastic. Team meetings are relaxed and foster a positive atmosphere.

      - Cultura incrível, flexivel, anti crunch e constantemente tentando se manter livre de toxicidade. -Equipe motivada e fazendo projetos interessantes. Pouquissíma rotativadade. - Projetos Multiplayer com bastante personalidade. -Salários estão em um bom nível para o porte da empresa. -Empresa super diversa e inclusiva.

      Inconvénients

      - Lidando com o crescimento da empresa, necessidade de burocratização e criação de processos, é uma transição díficil considerando a cultura. - Devido a resistência por criação de processos, a liderança as vezes fica sobrecarregada e têm dificuldade de acompanhar a crescente equipe.
