Avantages
- Such wonderful coworkers, I've been so blessed to meet & learn from very brilliant and kind engineers - Lucky enough in my 4 years at the company to have had great managers who genuinely cared about my career growth - Very interesting projects to work on
Inconvénients
- Management is a mess, multiple rounds of layoffs in my time there and they still can't seem to learn from their mistakes. - They keep the same people around who just act as hype-men for the c-suite and other high levels - Company values raw metrics (code output, AI usage, etc) over anything else, just things for folks to be aware of if that's not your working style - No flexibility for the in office folks - It's beyond apparent that the top management of the company gives zero fuuks about the people in it, you can even see the CEO's useless tweet addressing recent layoffs which said absolutely nothing of use
