      Avantages

      I work mostly remote but really enjoy the people that I work with. The teamwork and collaboration are what I like the most. There is a lot of opportunity to learn new things and management is very encouraging.

      Inconvénients

      If money is your sole motivator, then this is not the right fit for you. We are expected to go above and beyond for our customers so if you want a 9 to 5 then this may not be the company you want.

      Avantages

      - Very good job experience - Helpful staff if you can get time with them(schedule it) - Cross training opportunities if you pursue it, you have to set it up yourself, it will not be offered. - You will get exactly what is offered. - Willing to take risks on younger hires and build them up. - Freedom to do your work your way through independent self-motivation.

      Inconvénients

      - Wants to be a family, but is ultimately a business. - Can be cliquey as a result, preferential treatment to long-time hires - Shoestring budget for staffing, they keep a skeleton crew - Self-motivation is required in your job role. You will need to be capable of handling stressful situations and resolve them.
