      Avantages

      They give good option for freshers to learn about wastewater treatment, they are not fixed on having highly experience candidate, they have good field training and provide all travelling and lodging boarding charges. All senior management has been in company for 10 years and started from basic level.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary for freshers, slow projects.
