Colleagues are great people and hardworking.
Inconvénients
Leadership is promoting individuals within the company that’s don’t understand the business units and can’t manage teams effectively, in order to replace knowledgeable people that have left due to systemic issues within the company. Lack of transparency, accountability and innovative products is causing a mass exodus within many departments.
