Avantages
Large company, good colleagues. If your specific division is in favor, you gain access to resources. Under the former CEO (Chuck Kummeth), the company displayed a loyalty to employees that was second to none. It retained the majority of its people during COVID, believing it was both a strategic investment and the right thing to do.
Inconvénients
Very bureaucratic and excessively process-driven. It would make more sense if the bureaucracy resulted in improvements, but, sadly, it only seems to reward process junkys vs people who make things happen. Under the new CEO and updated management team, the company has lost its desire to genuinely care for its employees. It's just another big corporate entity.
