Highly hands off - If you know what you're doing you're going to love how much freedom you have. Flexible hours - How much you work isn't important as much as what results you generate.

Inconvénients

Lack of guidance - There really is no training and you're left rather directionless and have to rely on your own wits if you encounter difficulties.

Avantages

The owner and office employees are easy to speak with. There is a definite market for products and services.

Inconvénients

There appears to be a lack of business plan and direction. Sales are pushed by undercutting the competition through overly aggressive promotions giving away margin for no reason. *The health insurance is useless unless you reside in New York *Territories are ill defined causing confusion between reps
