      Effort to make team building events

      Inconvénients

      Everything is micro-managed by the CEO. There's lack of communication and a lot of misunderstanding, expect you to know what you doing without any introduction whatsover. Great place to learn on your own. There are great people working there but end up exploited and blackmailed.

      The environment and the people are good.

      There are too many dreams for the number of employees the company has... Lots of work and short deadlines that make employees extremely tired...
