I've been working for Binary Stream for almost two years now and I'm very happy to be part of this incredible company. I've always felt supported by management, HR team and my dev team. Managers really care about employee and their needs, and they are always open to help you with your personal needs and also provide you opportunities to grow professionally. The People & Culture team works hard for giving us a great place to work. They achieve that, as the work environment is awesome, where you can work with best professional people with a lot of experience, friendly and helpful. The work life balance is really great, with flexible hours, where you can feel how the company cares and recognizes your hard work, even if you work remotely from a different time zone.
