      I work at Binary as Dynamics 365 developer. -the best culture and the leadership team is humble, respectful, understanding -employee friendly compnay -good place if you have to grow -not good for people if they do not want to work and just pass time -a lot of opportunity in D65 - people growing from developers to team lead - compensation is good - you get bonuses and perks and insurance - a lot of leaves we get -lot of fun activity we do virtual -monthly company meetings

      Inconvénients

      enjoying my work here maybe can work on more perks

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.       Avantages

      - L'entreprise prend soin de ses employés. Ils ont une grande culture et le lieu de travail est très innovant. - L'entreprise grandit d'année en année. - L'équipe de direction est formidable et est toujours ouverte à la discussion. - Les gens ici sont très serviables et la communication entre les équipes est excellente. - Le travail-vie est respecté ici.

      Inconvénients

      Personne n'est parfait mais de chez moi je ne vois aucun inconvénient. Très heureux dans mon travail.
