In any difficult situation there are people one can look forward for help. • We have the option to adjust the work timing according to the workload • A lot of help from Seniors (developers & QA’s) • Team lead helps in creating the career objectives & helps achieving them too • Frequent learning sessions • Part of requirement review meetings & sprint review meeting that helped in learning the products well • Any problems or obstacles are listened by seniors means there is direct approach to higher management

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.       Avantages

      - L'entreprise prend soin de ses employés. Ils ont une grande culture et le lieu de travail est très innovant. - L'entreprise grandit d'année en année. - L'équipe de direction est formidable et est toujours ouverte à la discussion. - Les gens ici sont très serviables et la communication entre les équipes est excellente. - Le travail-vie est respecté ici.

      Inconvénients

      Personne n'est parfait mais de chez moi je ne vois aucun inconvénient. Très heureux dans mon travail.
