      Avantages

      You get a 3 day weekend which is always nice. About 50% of the time, the management isn't there, so that can be relaxing. However, then they cannot answer your immediate needs.

      Inconvénients

      They do not offer full time, as they are closed on fridays and you are not likely to get 40 hours a week. They do not know how to manage, or listen to complaints, and often will make up rules on the spot. In fact, there is even a poster over every desk to remind employees to never ask questions. There also seems to be some delusions of grandeur going on for the future of the company.

      Avantages

      I got a lot of exposure as an intern to working directly with social media, website design, and sales. I was given a lot of freedom with my work. If you work hard you will be rewarded quickly with a raise or promotion.

      Inconvénients

      Very small company. If you are looking for a big name to put on your business card this isn't it. Not enough budget to really do big time marketing and sales. If you are a technical person though they do repairs of medical equipment so there's opportunity there.

      Avantages

      No pros, long interview process for a 1099 position where they lie about the position and opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      Not a real job, No training, no support, no cross-functional teams meetings, no real software product.
