      Avantages

      BIOS is taking on a massive tech challenge, multi-disciplinary challenges, and if it works it will change healthcare. The people are genuinely driven by the vision and the team is tight knit. People work hard but seem to enjoy it.

      Inconvénients

      Work progresses at a fast rate and there is never enough human resource to get everything done. They are always recruiting but it takes time to get people on-board as they are trying to recruit the best.

      Inconvénients

      Cons highest employee turnover I have ever seen. Had someone rage quit in my first week. More quit in the following couple months. Then we got no notice that we had lost the contract and were being replaced. And they had me hire another new guy one week before that news
