Avantages
The only thing were the people on my direct team. We because a family, an abused overworked family, but a family none the less.
Inconvénients
There are so many that I'll just list the main in point form -2 years of work no raise, even though I had a title change -hours and hours of overtime produced with no pay -disgusting work environment; there was a flood in the bathroom and the staff were told to air dry the poopy waterlogged unopened cleanex boxes. The company is so broke they could only keep cleaning services at a minimum which meant one person had to pretty much clean the whole building. -sometimes the work load was so heavy we had to pull over twelve hour days. -upper management will lie to your face that nothing is wrong with the company and that your job is safe and then a day later two thirds of the company is laid off.
